Copper House Dry
Our trophy-winning gin is handcrafted from grain to glass using our small batch copper pot still. It is aromatic, fruity and floral, and made from the finest East Anglian malted barley and six carefully selected botanicals. Classic notes of citrus juniper, cardamom and coriander sit alongside sweet, zesty orange peel, and underlying hints of cranberries emerge from the addition of flowery hibiscus.
Copper House Pink
This pink variation of our award-winning Copper House Gin sees a splash of raspberry added to the original recipe of six botanicals. Copper House’s sweet orange peel and flowery hibiscus form a fantastic base for the vibrant raspberry flavours. The remaining warm botanicals, such as cardamom and coriander seeds bring balance and light hints of spice to this fresh, fruity favourite.

The 47 comes from the number of botanicals that go into this unique gin, and the fact it’s bottled at a healthy 47%. It seems that the botanicals speak for themselves, as the gin has received bucketfuls of critical acclaim. Some say less is more, not for Monkey 47!

Lonewolf 44%
Born under a hazy moon, LoneWolf* rose from the ferocity of the Scots forest. Lavender and citrus notes run alongside a forage of feral pine needles, but it’s the fierce juniper backbone that stands this gin tall.
Sipsmith 41.6%
The quintessential expression of a classic, traditional London Dry Gin. Bold, complex and aromatic – smooth enough for a Martini, yet rich and balanced, perfect for a G&T.
Hendricks 44%
This award-winning Gin is made from two stills. The harmonious combination of the Bennett and Carter-Hed stills creates an unusually smooth gin balancing the subtle flavours of the Bulgarian Rose Damascena and cucumbers.
Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin 43%
The nose is light and citrus-forward. The more delicate handling of the citrus ingredients is quite evident here. Fresh lemon zest highlights a subtle herbaceous, sagey juniper with the slightest hint of green tea and meadowsweet. Drumshanbo Gunpowder Gin explodes with flavor on the palate. Citrus once again dominates. This time its grapefruit. Juniper and green tea are present mid-palate: the juniper herbaceous and bright, the green tea calling to mind Jasmine green tea, as you might get before sushi at a Japanese restaurant.Towards the end though, it turns sweet and spicy/herbal. Anise and cardamom are subtly and expertly played in here. Meadowsweet, especially late and towards the finish lends its a honeyed, vanilla-like nuance. The combination of botanicals though somewhat eccentric is well balanced. The green tea is at the fore. Gunpowder Gin does justice to its namesake. However, where this really stands out for me is how it balances the botanicals. Enough juniper for classic gin fans, but also heavy on the citrus and herbs, without overpowering each other. The finish is mildly warming with a pleasant heat.
